This Tabata timer was created out of personal need, lack of time, and a desire for freedom in training. I originally built it for myself. Out of the need to work out regularly, but without overthinking, wasting time, or searching for motivation.

I believe many other people face the same problem, which is why I decided to share this tool with you.

Why this Tabata timer was created

I wanted freedom in choosing exercises

There are countless Tabata timers and ready-made workouts online with fixed exercises. But one essential thing was always missing for me. Choice.

Some days I want to focus more on cardio, other days on strength. Sometimes on the upper body, sometimes legs, core, or a full-body workout. I didn’t want to repeat the same routine over and over again.

Tabata offers an enormous number of possible combinations, and it would be a shame not to use them.

I didn’t want to think before working out

The hardest part of working out was never the physical effort itself.

It was the decision-making: Which exercises should I do today?

That’s why the app offers more than 30 bodyweight exercises, categorized by strength and cardio difficulty. I don’t have to plan or remember anything. I simply choose my exercises and start training.

I open the app, select a combination, and begin. No unnecessary delays.

I didn’t have time (and I’m not alone)

Anyone with a job, a family, or kids knows how hard it is to find time to work out regularly. Responsibilities always come first, and taking care of yourself is often pushed aside.

When a free moment finally appears, you’re usually so tired that you’d rather sit down and rest.

From my own experience, I know that long workouts are not sustainable in the long run.

That’s why Tabata is one of the most effective ways to stay in shape even during busy periods. A short, intense workout that doesn’t take more time than you actually have.

What I believe in

that 4 minutes are better than none

that simplicity beats motivation

that the best workout is the one you actually do

that routine kills the desire to train

that you don’t need equipment to work out — just movement

I’m not a fitness influencer or a professional trainer.I’m just someone who wanted to work out regularly without wasting time overthinking it.

If this sounds like you, this Tabata timer is here for you.
